In our office we tend to use Linux and Microsoft products. Linux is particulary used for our servers, including our file and print server, and also for a server to run the Oracle database system on. We especially like to use the Suse distribution of Linux. The web-site Freshmeat is used for keeping up to date with new Linux applications.
